TullochNET is a network of local Christians supported by churches of several denominations. Our aim is to bring the hope of Jesus Christ to the community of Tulloch through community involvement and action. We work alongside local people to enhance the quality of life of Tulloch residents and care for the environment.
TullochNET is an OSCR registered Scottish charity, with a full-time worker and a small team of committed volunteers (charity No. SC039010).

Who We Are

Our core team members are volunteers with a variety of skills, however, the central and predominate attribute which they share is a deep concern for people. Their main role is to 'act as friends' in the community and to offer assistance and befriending to anyone from Tulloch who need a helping hand or just a chat.

The Hub

2 Tulloch Square
The Hub, also known as Room-4-U, is the centre for all our activities and provides an office base for our Development Worker, Richard Higginbottom. Shown as red above, it provides us with a central meeting place and a listening and information point, which may on occassions be used by partner agencies to complement the work of TullochNET. These partners come within the sphere of our stated overall mission and their use of our premises will be approved by the TullochNET Board of Trustees.

What We Do
TullochNET is all about people!
Our work is wide ranging and involves local people and other agencies in collaboration.
We are dedicated to offering practical help and spiritual support to people of all ages and backgrounds in Tulloch.
We have arranged parenting seminars, Christmas carol services, an event for bereaved people, a table-top games afternoon for families and stalls offering free literature and advice and a community-wide "Love the Lade" event.
We also help local youngsters go on an Easter outward-bound camp, pray for Tulloch and its people and visit folk with needs, eg addictions, debt, poverty and loneliness.

We are gearing-up for the next exciting phase of our work, building on the relationships we have developed within the community. We offer befriending and practical help. TullochNET is well established and trusted within the community, having worked alongside local children, young people and adults to improve quality of life and the environment.

One aspect of this, in partnership with the Ranger Service of Perth and Kinross Council, has seen us project-manage environmental and ecological workparties and events within Tulloch and along the banks of the Lade, involving volunteers from the local community, including pupils from Tulloch School and Perth Grammar School.
